The app didn't know that my router/modem was not powered on. It said it was connected when the reality is the breaker for that outlet had tripped. It even let me reboot the system while it was powered off. Speed is reliable and great but the app still leaves a lot to be desired with other functionality as well.

I like how some of the stuff is laid out, but it seems to be confused as to locking out devices and thier status. It'll tell me the kids smart tv is online but it's not and vice-versa. It can be really slow, to use, to update status and such.

This app is in serious need of repair for its constant bugs. The updates have addressed the layout and made the app easier to navigate, but that is it. The app constantly has errors. The people and devices I have set up are not even showing (even after clearing the cache). Which just makes controlling the kids devices difficult. I have uninstalled the app and re-installed, and it only takes care of the issues for a short time. This happens on both account holders apps on different devices.
