Useless. Most of the functions are locked, until you pay. Making money from people with heart problems, classy.

While I like the layout of the app, I wish you could pause the strip while playing. More importantly, the descriptions are misleading or sometimes inaccurate. P ratios in 2nd degree type I are not 1:1. PRI is consistent when present in 2nd degree type II. Ventricular escape beats occur most often after a pause.

Good in theory, seeing incorrect or lazy explanations of interpretations in the free version make it difficult to justify purchasing. (See case 21 & 25) Both are very much regular, although 21 may appear irregular if you're still learning, it's labeled as irregular & simply "junctional rhythm", if it were truly irregular absent of P waves, itd be afib lol. Its junctional bigeminy.
