This app is very good except few minor issues related to smart card history. Firstly it is not in chronological order. It appears month wise, December being on top. This is not correct. The other issue is that it is not getting updated. My last visit in February 2026 is still not updated and hence not appearing. Actually updating problem has started after the last app update on 03 December 2025. Please look into these small but important issues.

Last 4 days when I going to book appointment for Doctor I select date then get doctor and select time slot then find all the 9 slots i. e 900-0930 to 1400-1430 are full within 40 second after opening new date at 0530hrs hrs, and I'm unable to book my doctor in polyclinic Krishnakumar please sir clarify

Very unsatisfactory service. Most of the time app not working due to date mismatch with real date. Booking appointment is problematic. No customer support available.

Worst system. I have not been able to book an appointment for the past 2 months, whenever trying to book a regional center is not appearing. Please fix the issue.
