This Biometric thing should be removed from this app. The app is not able to scan our fingerprints.

During the onboarding process (creating a digital ID), the app captures all biometrics. However, it keeps prompting users with: “We are currently processing your details. We will notify you when your digital ID is ready.” There is no further response via text, email, or through the app. It seems the app is still under development.

Very useless verification method just use the biometrics on the phone instead of an unreliable method.
