Comments on Eclipse PDF – Dark Mode Reader for Android
★★★★☆Himanshu Kumar· May 1, 2026
The only app in play store that can turn whole PDF into dark mode without editing it. The only issue is that the app reduces the viewing quality of the PDF, so zooming makes the content blurry. Fix that. Also instead of manually adding pdfs, add the feature to allow file access permission to the app to scan PDF from device itself. Also, the app is not smooth.

It works fine, and the dark theme is great. A few suggestions: 1) Being able to skip to a page would be very helpful. Sometimes you have a document with hundreds of pages, and it is boring to scroll all the way. 2) If it remembered where did I stop during last session would be great too. Especially when reading books.

There are bugs and when I opened the PDF in dark mode, the letters weren't as clear. I couldn't give a review without rating. Let's say a 2.
