Da marzo 2018 i cassonetti presenti nell'agro del comune di Martina Franca (Valle d'Itria) sono stati rimossi. Sono state istituite 24 postazioni settimanali presso le quali si potranno conferire, dal lunedì al sabato, tutte le tipologie di rifiuto (tranne il rifiuto organico) negli orari previsti (tocco sul marker desiderato). Il servizio di raccolta differenziata (isola ecologica mobile), che si sposterà nelle campagne del comune di Martina Franca, offrirà ai suoi cittadini (e non solo) uno posto in più dove conferire.
