Used it for the first time yesterday and I should admit the experience was good. No challenges on recharging with ecocash and the call quality was good. The app would be better though if there were more recharging options for those who don't have access to ecocash and can't get hold of the recharge vouchers.

I have not been able to top it up since day one. I have tried EcoCash since I'm out of Zim but it says wait for pin. Then I had a friend buy me a recharge card and it still can't top up. Econet customer service promised to look into the issue last week then kwakaenda imbwa ndiko kwakaenda tsuro. Beats me why they didn't integrate/link it to their servers so that it uses ordinary credit. It was promising to be a good app.

Download the app in a hope that it will save me few bucks in roaming costs only to find out its useless.I can't top up with ecocash and cant even update the balance when my sim has been recharged. It was a promising app if it were to serve its function.
