But now today I have seen that, that option to download full newspaper in PDF is not active anymore.... I request you to please again start the functionality to download paper in PDF format for ET prime members. Thanks. Hoping for positive response.

★★☆☆☆ Worst experience I have faced The amount is debited from my account, but I am not able to access prime benefit in Et Prime, and there is no contact available where we can talk, and received a call from sales department after putting a complaint mail, but they are not able to resolved the issue

★★☆☆☆ Good app but is missing a key feature. The date the article was published. Some articles are so old, and you cannot clearly see when it was published instead you see read time. Please add the date published. Update: New issue with unable to publish comment on app (latest version) but I can do it from desktop

★★☆☆☆ All notifications stopped on premium subscription. Clearing cache, reinstall done. No use except teased into premium for all ET apps with notifications flooded prior premium

★★☆☆☆ Pathetic customer care, no contact no given, post subscription payment you can't get option to contact their customer care, just an email ID given which remains unresponsive despite several mails n follow up. Once u pay the subscription, it won't reflect in the account and keep on displaying the user is not a paid subscriber. If this is bug, the ET & TOI team don't care to address this. As usual legacy pride owned British era mindset publication house, so avoid their paid subscription
