The hardware is honestly great. The software works about as well as I would expect any of these robotic companies' software to work. But there is one glaring omission that I wish they would add. I wish they would allow me to manually fill in missing areas of rooms. The map will only update in auto mode, but it will update the entire map. For rooms that clearly show the walls mapped but didn't fill in the area for area cleaning, I should be able to go and fill in those sections myself.

It works his excellence, without fail to clean the entire house, even each corners, one's mapping perfectly, leave to clean, area, auto or customize. The robo can't clean stains, so please guide, how to clean stains on floor. We can use the emway tiles cleaner in its reservoir, it is ph controlled liquid.

Wow, what an amazing product. We purchased the Eco vac Dee bot X2 Omni on Monday, came home and set it up....a little confusing at first but sorted it out and set it to mop and vacuum the whole house. We have 3 German Shepherds who shed continuously, as anyone who owns one or more would know 🤣🤣 well this machine picked up all hair from the floor and cleaned better than we could with any mop. Hopefully this little beauty will continue to do an amazing job....thanks for making life a little easier

Dee bot 930: A week later traded Dee bot 960 for the 930. Multi floor mapping, more powerful, lower robot!! No issues connecting to Wi-Fi, and zero loss of maps. Turns out you need the right robot to get the full benefits of the app!! Very happy now. P.S. I named it George, can I please have a male voice...🤷 Dee bot 960! Day1, 1st Map went well, recharged overnight hoping to test the mopping function. Map lost, Dee bot offline. Not the best start. Why only 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi what is that all about?!?

Sometimes won't detect robot vacuum and then if I restart app it does, and sometimes I need to just re-setup. The pull down refresh doesn't help. Mapping is a tad dumb cause if it maps while a door is closed than next time it tries to clean that room the robot will start cleaning somewhere else because it thinks there is no route. Map has also reset on me. The robot vacuum is decent, but the software still kind of sucks even after 3 years use and now there are ads for their stuff...
