DAILY CHALLENGE
Four cases a day, fixed for everyone. All four land on the board at once, on a Hard board with the full phone, and the challenge ends when the last one leaves. Who you see first is part of the test. STUDENT MODE
A slower department for learners. Four patients max, arrivals spaced out, and an attending looking over your shoulder. Get a warning before a harmful order or an unsafe discharge, a nudge when a result sits unread or a patient is getting worse, and a full case review the moment every patient leaves: the diagnosis, the workup it wanted, the traps, and three teaching points to take with you.
