The site is soo buggy! I was able to check out after 5 tries, it closes suddenly and at the end portion I need to try 3 options of paying before it goes through because BPI OTP is not sent to my number. When I called BPI they said merchant is the one requesting for the OTP and I need to coordinate with the merchant for this. Waste of time.

The worst shopping app ever. Incomplete delivery(cs will say an item is out of stock even though it is not reflected in the app), unsecured packaging (some of the items are opened when delivered, no plastic seal unlike in shopee and lazada), inadequate refunds, hard to reach out (only via email and when you did not reply immediately ticket number will be closed), hard to track delivery status, no client confirmation for delivery, app automatically updates not the buyer. Very disappointing app

I'm so close to uninstalling this app. They keep on giving bean back vouchers, but I can't even spend my beans. How can I use just 10-15% of beans when other shopping apps are offering so much better. At least let us use 25-30% beans even during flash sales like 1/1 or payday sale. And please restock the products. I can't even buy formula because they're always out of stock, they are focusing too much in promoting their BEANS product that they are forgetting to give back to their app users.
