Saw many Instagram videos on them and decided to give them a try... I must say I am pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the whole experience of pickup, measurements, design consultation and delivery....all from the comfort of your home. Service is kind of good, The basics of stitching is very poor for the charges I paid.... the lining material used (post 1st use the blouse looked strained and the lining material was stretched way too. Much), the way skirt stitched was not upto the mark (skirt hooks were in the opposite side of the skirt)

Only prompt at pickup and while taking money after taking half a month to stitch(they lie about 5-7days time) Extremely bad fittings!!! And they will keep making excuses and won't pickup product for corrections! Pl don't waste your precious material or peace of mind. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Gave blouse and ready to wear sari and had horrible experience. Spoiled sari worth Rs10k along with the blouse with horrifying fitting and front side made into back!! And now no taking responsibility and no pickup!😡😡

Their pickup and drop services is terrible. They don't follow any slot time that is committed... I booked 10:30 am slot, the person came at 8 pm. Even my drop was committed for Friday (Post 8 days). Still it has not been delivered and there is no accountability or punctuality of delivery... Not sure about quality of the stitching. Since haven't received my service product yet

Personally I had very bad experience, order was delivered late, dress fitting is very bad, following up from 30 days for alteration pickup which is still pending.
