Let me tell you this is the best app I have had the privilege of using. That's what I would say. If this was a fever dream, this app is hands down the worst thing I have ever used. I have a higher success rate of fighting a grizzly bear and winning than this app has staying operational. It crashes more than a vagrant chasing a high. I dread loading this app because it's either going to crash, infinitely load, prevent me from signing into a site, or tell me im not on the schedule.

Not only is this the worst app I've used for work, it's the worst app I've ever used since I first owned a smartphone. The issues keep mounting daily. And I mean DAILY! A three toed sloth could win a marathon faster than this app can load or send information. The updates are daily (they fix nothing) because there is constantly something wrong with the app. My manager once had to go in and manually change my hours because the app refused to simply submit my report. Why did we stop using Tracktik?

What I find annoying is when in camera when you back out it just submits the report whether you want it to or not. So many reports sent that way accidentally. Can't get back to a patrol to read reports at end of day. Wouldn't let me clock in said only 30 min prior to shift...was 830 time shift started.eventually able to buy made me late cuz it thought was a different day and time or something. App has issues hope update just did Fix IT ALL!!

App won't work 100% on my phone. Doesn't give me the option to click arrived at site or even the option to travel there. Uses the in-app camera and not the default camera which gives wider shots. In-app camera makes a noise which cancels out my podcast. When you do the inspection at start of shift and click backcon accident it cancels it out. If your on camera and click back it won't take you back. It keeps you on camera and backs you one page in the app. Inability to jump on another run sheet.
