Trying to complete my profile, and it will not allow me to keeps saying "Sorry, we couldn't find that email address. Please try again or create an Edible Rewards account.". I've deleted and re-download the app signed in and out it acts like I have an account because I can sign in and have received emails from Edible Arrangements. Please advise how to get this resolved, thank you.

Lately every time I try to place an order, it doesn't take it. I tried to order something for my wife's birthday and now for Mother's Day but the same thing, will not process my order. I have to call it in every time.
