Multiple cards can not be added, transactions history not showing, for topup only Rak bank showing and many others challenges

Only shows Rak bank to choose from. :(. Not able to link bank account. Unnecessary complications and forced process. Whole world follows Visa, MasterCard, etc. They could just give us the option to choose instead of forcing us to pay through Durham and making us go through these difficulties.

No Statement of account available. How we should use a bank debit card without the option of reviewing the transaction. Any upgraded service or app should be better. This app is worthless. Only to see balance?????
