Simple. Basic. No ads. Exactly what I was looking for. Two specific annoyances though: 1) I can't change parent folder in which to save (it's possible this is a skill issue, but the solution isn't obvious to me), and 2) it kept bugging me to rate it every few times I saved a file. Very annoying. EDIT: It's now putting a date in my file names. Why? If I wanted that, I'd add it myself. I want it to stop. Or, at least, a toggle-able option. It didn't with my first file name. I do not like this.

This is the best notepad I've ever used: 1. It is user-friendly 2. It works offline 3. You can take massive volumes of notes with it 4. Its saved files are easily transferable to other devices What more would anyone want from a notepad?

Wow. At first, I thought there were no Find-Replace or Zoom functions, or even the promised menu bar. Turns out that on my phone's main display, the menu bar is hidden by the blue banner at the top of the screen. (I have to use the external display to see it.) Too bad there's no options' menu to turn off the blue bar! And that the app has deceptive ads, which would have made me give it 1 star anyway!

I'd like to be able to give this a more thorough review, but it wasn't able to open even a 151k file. It just keeps popping up the"wait" or "close app" dialog. Pasting the text from Google Docs into the editor caused it to crash as-well. Typing text into the app and then Selecting All Text and "copy" crashed the app as well. This app didn't seem to do much of anything

Doesn't recognize files with .TXT extension in Open dialog. Annoying loud full screen ads at the end of every session.
