Great idea to improve the city. There's a lot to improve

I like the functionality, mostly. However, the app occasionally submits duplicate requests. When you are working in the app, you fill out all the fields and click Submit, the app submits the request, but it does not give you a confirmation nor does it clear the Request fields. So you click Submit again, thinking that nothing happened. Then you review My Requests and see at least two duplicate requests.

Garbage app, just like the city's efforts to clean up the snow. When trying to submit a report it just spins in circles forever without submitting the report. I have cleared the cache and storage and re-entered all the information, and it still does this. I wonder if, because like everything else the city can't keep up with the volume? And there is absolutely zero enforcement in the city of Edmonton. Try responding in critical time, use enforcement by ticketing or towing. That's the fix.

Seldom works, times out before submitting. Also, try entering an address for a location when you're not at that location, the system keeps defaulting to where you physically are located

App doesn't allow you to report anything, because either the map fails to load your location properly (and there is no manual input), or it just fails to accept your request. Just use the web version, it works much better.
