I like the functionality, mostly. However, the app occasionally submits duplicate requests. When you are working in the app, you fill out all the fields and click Submit, the app submits the request, but it does not give you a confirmation nor does it clear the Request fields. So you click Submit again, thinking that nothing happened. Then you review My Requests and see at least two duplicate requests.

I find this new app to be a huge improvement over the old one. It's easier to use, faster, and way less buggy. The old app had a lot of problems, sometimes I just could not get it to accept a new request until I manually synced it, and the GPS mapping was terrible. This is a massive improvement.

Garbage app, just like the city's efforts to clean up the snow. When trying to submit a report it just spins in circles forever without submitting the report. I have cleared the cache and storage and re-entered all the information, and it still does this. I wonder if, because like everything else the city can't keep up with the volume? And there is absolutely zero enforcement in the city of Edmonton. Try responding in critical time, use enforcement by ticketing or towing. That's the fix.

App doesn't allow you to report anything, because either the map fails to load your location properly (and there is no manual input), or it just fails to accept your request. Just use the web version, it works much better.

New issue I'm encountering with the app is the address picker. It used to be if I uploaded a photo it would find the location based on the photo's metadata. That doesn't seem to work anymore, fine. But worse is when I go to drop the pin on the map, it still shows my physical location by default (not where I'm trying to report about). If I search the address manually it seems to work, until I go to submit and realize it defaulted back to my physical location, not the location of the report.
