Decent interface, excellent city response I have used the app for a few years now. Some of the categorizations offered could be better but when I have reported an issue I have consistently been really happy with the attention it has received from city staff. If what you report is in their jurisdiction and is a valid concern they actually go fix it. Having this app on my phone makes me feel like a secret superhero, with the ability to save the city from harm one tiny report at a time 😄

The location map is terrible. Most of the time it does not display an address. When you finally are able to submit a report, it takes forever to submit. What's the point of this app when it makes it infuriating to use and fails at its primary function.

What is the point of having an app that doesn't allow its users to report complaints 90% of the time?? I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, it coming from the city of Edmonton after all. Useless app!

App worked however city of Edmonton never responds or actions the request in any manner. App now deleted as there is no point reporting anything.
