eDossier is the TLScontact Document Management System (DMS), an online repository for scanned documentation from worldwide Visa Application Centres (VACs). eDossier makes documents and passports available electronically to authorized UKVI staff.
The app, eDossier Solo allows registered users to submit documents in support of their visa application directly from their mobile device. Passports must always be presented during an appointment at a VAC.

You need to 2 inputs to successfully login; For instance... 1. YOUR TLSCONTACT REF: M0000001 2. YOUR PIN; 12345 The probability that you will not capture this at the right time is almost 1. Nevertheless, no worries. You can access these credentials again by going to open your UK application link sent to your mail as at the time of initializing your UK application. Key in your password. Click through the steps until you see "Provide documents and biometrics". Click it and the next, the next screen at the top left hand corner will show you your credentials 1 and 2 I earlier mentioned. Please save it for future record (also for eDossier Solo login... on mobile device). Then click on the Upload button just below these Login credentials. The next page you will see is the space to upload your documents. Read thoroughly and follow the steps. The + sign is for your documents upload. How shocking is this. Tried everything to get login details. Help does not work and email to the TLS websites go unanswered. can only conclude that they want to make additional monies from their extra services.

I successfuly uploaded all documents except one that failed to upload. I cannot delete or even preview the failed document, making it impossible to click on SUBMIT documents. I am just stuck right there. I have signed in and out, the same thing. How can i delete a failed document please???? There is no option for that
