★★☆☆☆ Hello there, Today as a Prime user I tried to purchase a ticket with my coupon code for $75. The payment was rejected since I accidently exceeded the spending limit - totally forgot to adjust it as was very excited about the final price. With another attempt I saw the error message the code is invalid. I did not find any reason for that in my email with the code and reached out to your support email and online agent on Facebook. Is there anything you can do?

★★☆☆☆ We bought a return flight and for the return tickets we can't find the ticket number which is required for check in, which we have to do the check in ourselves because e dreams can't do it. Our flight is in a few hours, and we might be stuck here since we can't do the check in online and no one for e dreams is responding to me. They should give me my tickets and at least support me with check in, I'll make sure to avoid dreams from now on, absolutely terrible experience.
