Instead of recording the class, it does only screen recording which is worthless. They have misled me by showing in the screenshots that it will record the session but after purchase of premium subscription, while taking the class I came to know it just does screen recording with only no voice of students. They use a freely available platform named Jitsi, but they take a thousand bucks for the same feature. Very useless app.

I am almost deciding to buy the app for an annual plan, but your chatbot keeps annoying me with irrelevant feedbacks. I have repeatedly said I need a human to chat and through the chatbot, it appears you don't have a live chat support and even well established customer service. There is no session indicating payment options available on this app. Your app is long overdue with deficiencies such as these. I can't even fill in my country because the field won't even barge. You need to work on
