Edumitra Companion Parents App

Edumitra Companion is the parent's app for schools that use the Edumitra school management system. See how your child is doing at school, pay and track fees, read notices and follow homework, all from your phone, one login for every child you have at the school.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• One home page for the whole family
See every child's performance, attendance and fee status at a glance, and the school's Message of the Day. If your children are in different classes, each one gets its own card.

• Attendance
A month-by-month calendar of present, absent and leave days, holidays marked clearly. Book a leave request straight from the app.

• Marks and performance
Exam-wise marks, an overall percentage with a simple gauge, and subject-wise bars. See how your child is doing against the class: the class average and the top score are shown (no other child is ever named). Rank in class, too.

• Suggestions
Plain-language tips on the subjects that need attention, and a clear note when a child missed exams, so you know when absence, not ability, is pulling the result down.

• Fees, receipts and payments
Your fee ledger, what is due and what has been paid. Tap any receipt number to view the school's receipt inside the app. Pay at the school office, use the school's online payment where it is available, or pay by UPI: scan the school's QR code or use its UPI ID, then submit the payment reference, a screenshot and a message. Your claim shows as Pending, Confirmed or Rejected, with a note from the school office.

• Homework and class work
What was set for each day and subject, for each child.

• Learning
Worksheets and study material your child's teachers share for their class: photos and PDFs, newest first, opened right inside the app.

• Training videos
Educational videos chosen by the school for your child's class, played inside the app. Watch time is shown, so you can see what your child has seen.

• Notices and communication
School-wide, class-wide and personal messages from the school, and the school's holiday list.

• Complaints and discipline remarks
Raise a concern with the school and read its reply. See any remarks raised for your child.

• Your school's own look
The app takes your school's name, crest and colour.

HOW IT WORKS

Your child's school must already be using Edumitra. Open the app, find your school, and sign in with the mobile number registered with the school. If you are not sure whether your school uses Edumitra, ask the school office.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• Your child's information is the school's own record, shown only to the parent or guardian it belongs to. Another family cannot see yours.
• The app is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and an account locks briefly after repeated wrong attempts.
• No advertising, no ad trackers, and no selling of data.
• Photos or files you upload (a payment screenshot, for example) are used only for that purpose and go to your school.
• The app is for parents and guardians, not for children.
• Read the full policy at https://app.edumitra.in/privacy.php

NOTES

• What you see depends on what your school has switched on. Online payment, for example, is available only where the school has set it up.
• The app does not replace the school office: for corrections to records, receipts or refunds, please contact the school directly (the Contact page has its details).
• An internet connection is needed to see your child's latest details.
