★★☆☆☆ UNINSTALLED USELESS Absolutely ridiculous 1st you force me to update app then after having same account for over 15 years I no longer have a registered account then I re register then you notify my the bills plans and payments are not working please use website tried app and website even done valid ID still can't access my account or bills, What on earth are you playing at.

★★☆☆☆ All I'm getting since thay forced me to switch (3 weeks ago) my broadband from BT to EE, then tried to merge my mobile account all I'm getting is "Sorry there seems to be a problem.... We're having a little difficulty right now." it asks to try again or visit website, so I visit the web page, to witch all I get is. "We can't load this right now there's a problem getting the information to you, try again or get in touch if it's urgent. I have gotten in touch 3 times, each time has not helped...
