Description

La aplicación EeMóvil contiene principalmente las funcionalidades del Sistema Mi Portal Especial enfocado para las madres, padres y encargados del programa de educación especial. La utilización de EeMóvil permitirá que las familias de los estudiantes del programa de educación especial tengan la información principal del estudiante al alcance de la mano en su teléfono inteligente. Esta aplicación aumenta la visibilidad que tienen las familias de los estudiantes del programa de educación especial sobre los procesos educativos y otros relacionados, a través de un sistema robusto de notificaciones y alertas directas al dispositivo móvil.

A continuación, presentamos las funcionalidades principales en esta aplicación:

Información general del estudiante

Acceso al Programa Educativo Individualizado (PEI) electrónico de los estudiantes.

Acceso a una copia del progreso académico de los estudiantes en las 10, 20, 30 y 40 semanas.

Acceso a las evaluaciones realizadas de los estudiantes

Visualización de estatus de referidos de evaluación

Visualización de citas para procesos de evaluación.

Visualización de estatus de referidos de terapias

Capacidad de radicar querellas en el procedimiento administrativo del Programa de Educación Especial.

Funcionalidad que permite la radicación de solicitudes para servicios a través del mecanismo de la Unidad Secretarial del Procedimiento de Querellas y Remedio Provisional.

Acceso a las solicitudes, cartas de aprobación y contratos de servicios que se ofrecen a través del mecanismo de Remedio Provisional.

Acceso al detalle de servicios de terapias que se ofrecen a los estudiantes por proveedores de servicios relacionados.

Capacidad de visualización y seguimiento a los rembolsos del pago de beca de transportación.

Módulos para padres con estudiantes en escuelas privads a costo público para poder visualizar las cartas de aprobación de servicios y solicitar el reembolso de los servicios en los casos que apliquen.

Funcionalidad de notificaciones directas a los usuarios sobre los procesos principales de los estudiantes del Programa de Educación Especial.
