So at this point i am completely unsure why I continue to bank with this organization. The app will not allow you to reset your password without endless loops and hours of being on the phone. My biometric should be sufficient without this process every time. The bank alone is a predatory bank that goes after citizens with fixed income. They do not process charges from friday until monday. They process those 3 days as 1 transaction regardless of if you make deposits to cover.

Super frustrating because if you just have an auto loan here there's no way to make a payment to principal online, you have to call in which defeats the whole purpose of having a mobile app

Cannot transfer from high yield. Sometimes cannot load accounts. Overdraft protection from savings doesn't work and charges fee, contrary to indicating requested protection
