The app is always working. It is rarely down for anything. Well, this morning the app has not been working after trying for 3 hours. Updating? No clue. But going forward it is a great app for a lot of my banking needs. Update: a year later and more praise for this app. I can find all my banking needs for checking, saving, mortgage and Belle in a tap. I have been using EECU for my main banking for 20 years with this app, it's the best I've found

I think everything is good. I only have issues with mobile deposit cause it seems to not give me enough time to take picture then take picture of back, and it shuts off on me. It might be me, but I feel it needs to give little longer to do both pictures.

Cannot transfer from high yield. Sometimes cannot load accounts. Overdraft protection from savings doesn't work and charges fee, contrary to indicating requested protection
