EEG 101 teaches users the basics of electroencephalography (EEG) while displaying their own brain data in real time. The app illustrates with real-time visualisations topics such as the neural basis of the EEG signal, how EEG devices work, and how signals are processed into meaningful data. Get a taste of 'doing neuroscience' -- taking a look at some murky brain data and trying to glean something meaningful.

Great app to get started with EEG signals! It's a compact and short format of the basics you need to know to get started with EEG. It's a LIVE & Interactive tutorial!!! You are learning EEG with your own brain! (with the Muse headset)

Great neuroscience & BCI teaching tool! This app is a great introduction to EEG and brain computer interfaces, and can be used with the Muse brain sensing headband as a teaching and learning tool in classrooms, demonstrations, hackathons, and more. It explains EEG brain signals in a clear and comprehensible way, with real and interactive examples. Highly recommend if you want to learn more about the brain, and especially if you have a Muse headband.

Very well done. Affective. What about a simple game now? 1) Muse headband 2 connects effortlessly. 2) Perfectly picks up eeg. Responds to eye blinks. 3) I could even detect alpha after meditation . 4) next step could be biofeedback game like move a ball on screen or 5) take an average of 5 epochs and filter out the alpha part and show a colored spot on screen (maybe) which can change to more blue or some color based on increase in alpha. I am not a developer. Will readup on this project. Would be fun to contribute in anyway. Thanks

Hasnt been updated in 1.5 years. Muse abandoned their SDK and developers. But the developers also seem to have abandoned their products.

Please update this app to be compatible with Muse 2. I would love to use this app to integrate my Muse 2 with education.

Unfortunately, this keeps crashing for me before I get to any of the functionality. So 1 star. Using muse 2 on a LG nexus 5x. App keeps crashing when it finds the muse during "search", specifically when it attemps to connect to it.
