To access your vehicle information, including the maintenance card, please make sure your fleet administrator clicks on “Mobile Access” from the driver profile screen of the customer website. You will receive an email with login information. Once the App is downloaded, you will have everything you need for your vehicle – whether you’re in the office or on the road.

★★★★★ For folks that are having a tough time logging in, get in touch with your Enterprise Fleet Management representative. Our app won't load our vehicles in the current version, which is entirely a problem of a different color, but I expect that will be resolved soon

★★★★★ I only use the odometer function, so I don't know about the other features but entering New mileage is easy and works perfectly

★★☆☆☆ A non-starter! I can log into the web page with the credentials provided by Enterprise, but my credentials are not found when attempting to log into the app. Seems to be in line with the most recent reviews and the most popular. Get a hint, hire some actual programmers; not just in house employees that like computers.

★★☆☆☆ App disabled in a moving vehicle. So if I'm not driving, yet I need to use the app im just screwed. What an insanely dumb idea that was.

★★☆☆☆ Constantly says, "App is disabled while vehicle is moving" and I am sitting still in a parking lot. This needs to get fixed to be an effective app.

★★☆☆☆ I concur with mist other reviews. Terrible password requirements and reset process. Was finally able to reset password and log in on the website, but the app continues to fail to log in. Also, very annoying with the "disabled while vehicle is in motion' feature, especially when walking around the office.
