Tappy is based on somatic tapping (also known as EFT), a simple and science-informed method that helps your body release tension and shift out of stress. Just tap on your own body while following Tappy’s visual and rhythmic guidance. No signup, no friction — open the app, choose how you feel, and tap along.
Each emotion has its own guided 60–120 second tapping session with mood-specific visuals, sounds, animation, haptic cues, and short affirmations. Tappy starts by reflecting what you feel, then slowly transitions to a calmer state as you tap. As Tappy relaxes, so do you. After each session, you’ll see Tappy’s transformation from dysregulated to calm: brighter colors, softer breathing, and a peaceful expression. It’s a gentle mirror of your own shift toward calm.
