Do not buy. No support at all! I puchased the sim card back in CA. When I arrived Korea and activated my phone after putting this sim card, first text I got was I'm out of money and needs to recharge. WTF! I tried to call the number provided as customer service 1899 6120. The number didn't even exist. I tried 010 1899 6120 also. Does not exist!!

Nothing like being overseas and running out of data, then being unable to recharge my Sim card. Says 'no such app installed' when I try and recharge from their app! Pretty brutal, will use a different service next time for sure.
