★★☆☆☆ Do not buy. No support at all! I puchased the sim card back in CA. When I arrived Korea and activated my phone after putting this sim card, first text I got was I'm out of money and needs to recharge. WTF! I tried to call the number provided as customer service 1899 6120. The number didn't even exist. I tried 010 1899 6120 also. Does not exist!!

★★☆☆☆ Nothing like being overseas and running out of data, then being unable to recharge my Sim card. Says 'no such app installed' when I try and recharge from their app! Pretty brutal, will use a different service next time for sure.

★★☆☆☆ Not helpful. Very hard to distinguish between another provider with same name. Customer service quite rude after many years of purchasing service
