The game is great for passing time. Unfortunately, the support isn't helpful. I had someone get on my phone and change my username to something political (I don't do politics). I've been getting harassed because of the name, and I've asked a few times if there was a way they could change my name back to the original name, and they all tell me that they only change names in order to keep the game enjoyable/safe for everyone.
