Omg! So excited to have found this fast food place! My friend and I went on a whim and loved it so much we ordered the same meal again the very next evening. At our location, the staff is courteous and professional. The food is healthy and full of flavor. It's also very affordable and a large portion. The rice is delicate, chicken crispy and savory. The sauce is tangy and super mildly spicy. I adore the Korean bowl, the coleslaw crunch and egg. The perfect meal! It's also well lit and clean.

App does not allow you to use your rewards. I have $27 worth of awards including birthday rewards and cannot use them. I had a store manager emailed 3rd party because he couldn't figure out what was going on. He saw the rewards as well as my order history but was unable to apply my rewards.

The application is slower than expected. The times between placing the order and the restaurant receiving it is extremely large leaving a lot of back and forth with the actual restaurant.
