★★★★★ AMAZBALLS YOU CAN NAME YOUR EGGS ON SETTINGS

★★☆☆☆ The whole point of having a timer is for it to alert you to when your dish is ready. Unfortunately, this app doesn't do that properly. Most phones turn off the screen to save the battery and that stops the app from beeping effectively. At most, you may get a single inaudible beep. Other settings turn the beep off completely. It's only when you turn the screen back on amidst billowing black smoke from your oven that the tiny chirping resumes, but even that is drowned out by the deafening kitchen smoke detector alarm raging overhead! This could be a decent app for the kitchen, but the basic alarm function has to be improved.
