EggDocket Chicken Egg Tracker

Keep a simple record of every egg and every small-flock change.

EggDocket is a free, local-first chicken journal for backyard keepers. Count eggs in seconds, keep practical flock notes and review patterns from records you entered—without an account, subscription or commercial-farm workflow.

COUNT TODAY'S EGGS FAST

• Optionally attribute eggs to individual hens when known
• Save totals for past dates and correct them later
• Add a note without completing a long farm-management form

KNOW YOUR FLOCK
• Create a card for each hen with name, breed, colour and optional hatch date
• Mark a hen active or retired without deleting its history
• Review flock cards and each hen's attributed totals
• Keep user-entered notes on the device

KEEP PRACTICAL NOTES
• Record optional feed used in kilograms and a user-entered cost and currency
• Add non-clinical events such as a flock change, broodiness observation or laying pause
• Edit or delete daily logs with a brief undo option
• Keep the app focused on backyard records rather than commercial inventory

REVIEW RECENT PATTERNS
• Switch between 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and all-time summaries
• Review totals, recorded-day averages and simple patterns from your entries
• See attributed totals when you chose to name a hen
• Treat every chart as a summary of manual entries, not a prediction

REMINDERS AND PORTABLE RECORDS
• Set an optional local daily reminder
• Search daily-log history
• Export CSV for a spreadsheet
• Create a readable text summary
• Make a structured JSON backup and validate it before restore

FREE MEANS FREE
Every EggDocket feature is available without a paid download, in-app purchase, subscription, trial or paywall. The app is free with conservative advertising. A rewarded ad is always optional and changes only a temporary decorative theme; it never unlocks a functional feature. There are no interstitial ads.

YOUR RECORDS
Hen cards, daily logs, notes, settings and reminders stay on this device unless you choose to export a copy. No EggDocket account or developer cloud database is used. Google Mobile Ads, consent and update services still process technical data as described in the privacy policy.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARY
EggDocket is a personal record book, not veterinary, animal-health, biosecurity, breeding, financial or commercial-farm advice. It does not diagnose illness, recommend treatment, identify a bird or guarantee laying performance. Contact an appropriately qualified professional or local authority when animal health or biosecurity matters.

Count today. Review the pattern. Keep your backyard flock history portable and yours.
