Very impressed with the functionality of this app. It's very easy to use, and the UI is great.

Useful app. Biggest complaints: 1. When files are downloaded, if there are spaces in the file name, the app replaces the spaces with underscores, even when my local OS (Android) doesn't care. Thus post download I often have to manually change the file name to the original title. Annoying. 2. I will often upload images from Android. (This has nothing to do with file type). Ignite will then... wait, with the note "Waiting..." Waiting for what, pray tell, some majordomo to take it off my hands?

Was good until about a month or so ago when an annotation bar was added to the screen. On coworkers phones they can touch the annotation highlight at the top to remove the bar. But on two of our other phones the bar can only be moved from one side to the other side of the screen. It's constantly in the way. Ignite please help and ill give you 6 stars!

It has potential, but man this thing needs some work on basic functions. The text/font vertical ribbon tool is silly, BUT With the new update the ribbon feature is much better. Please reach out so that we can fix some of the bugs!!! The drop-down menus are a disaster! Please make all drop-downs have the functionality of a Custom Entry that allows numbers and text. Currently, you can only customize with text. For example: three point seven MUST be used, instead of 3.7. You see what I mean...?

How can I enable active sync for my camera uploads? Every time I have to manually upload the picture I take in my phone. I don't want to use the widget. I want to actively sync the folders on my phone storage with the folders on ignite cloud. How can I do that?

Constantly freezing on every possible feature. Uploading? Frozen on processing files. Got past that? Good, it only uploads a few pictures before you need to turn your Wi-Fi off and back on to continue. On 5g only? Might as well just wait until you're back at the office. Honestly, why any organization pays for this service is beyond me. Google Drive does everything better.
