It's difficult to read the small text when signing papers or to return to the exact page if your phone is set to turn to view pages. It's easy to sign but far more complicated to read what you are signing. No notifications or alerts. So each time something needed my attention I got a text message or email from an agent. There is room for improvement. Also, there was a $50 fee not disclosed in the beginning that layter appeared on our mortgage documents. We were not given an option to use.
