Almost nothing work in this garbage app, login issues, adding family members, ...etc. Even tried other phone without luck, and in hospital they tell you to use it to get results and other documents!!!

It does not help you process renewal of healthcare for POD. It's complicated and works one min and throws you off the next. 3 months and we are still unable to get my son with pod, his medical card. Process has to less complicated

I used to see my mother labs and results so nicely, but since the last 2 updates, labs that come for the last 3 months were not recent, and now nothing at all, no old, and no recent labs. Also takes longer time for anything to appear. I wish they didn't update. Before was so easy and applicable.
