It does not help you process renewal of healthcare for POD. It's complicated and works one min and throws you off the next. 3 months and we are still unable to get my son with pod, his medical card. Process has to less complicated

I used to see my mother labs and results so nicely, but since the last 2 updates, labs that come for the last 3 months were not recent, and now nothing at all, no old, and no recent labs. Also takes longer time for anything to appear. I wish they didn't update. Before was so easy and applicable.

Cannot log in to app after the UAE pass! EHS app is unresponsive once we enter the security details from the UAE pass. Please fix it. We are not able to book appointments for our children.
