Finally! Very clear and easy qigong instruction. The best qigong app. I love how this has a short overview of each exercise, then a continuous demonstration of the whole series. I was able to learn them quickly, and then follow-along with the Master. After that, he talks in more depth about how and why each exercise improves your health and details for correct practice. He seems really nice. Awesome to have easy access to this Master teacher's authentic qigong.

A more fitting name for the app would be, A Couple of Brocades. Once you open the app you see that only a small portion of it is free. I didn't even check the price but, after looking at other reviews, it seems to be about 10 bucks. You could buy a qigong DVD for around the same price. I saw that there were in app purchases available but assumed that meant that after the Eight Brocades there were other apps or additional content you could download into this app. No, this app only advertises itself as free to get you to download it. Then it requires you to pay a nice chunk of money to unlock the majority of the apps content. Without paying, the app is of zero use and should not advertise itself as free. Too bad, if it had a decent price and didn't try to mislead people by saying it was free, it might have been worth purchasing.

No picture on video... I have no picture for the video. Tried streaming and download, both the same, sound but no video... 2 stars for that as not much use, disliked it isn't the correct description. Would like to be able to use the app as the reviews are great. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still no video just sound.
