The app is horrible, and they do not provide any support. The support team only deals with orders and not appointments. I cancelled my appointment in the morning, I get message confirming the same, but then the doctor joins the session at the time it was booked and tells me that I hadn't cancelled. Today I booked an appointment, I got the confirmation message and I really needed to speak to the doctor, but then the appointment doesn't show up on the app. Please use the other apps in the market.
