★★★★★ Liked the user-friendly UI, clean car and accuracy of directions. Given that majority of the users will need directions, request you to kindly consider having a mobile mount or a system which has Android auto or car play. Also, the shown fuel percentage seemed to vary from what was actually there in the car.
★★☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience with ear. Their customer service is useless. If you read this message and pay attention to your customers, ear, let me know, and I will explain. There are a lot of hidden fees.... Never take a long-term car. It's a rip-off. They charged me 150 aed for a 40 aed fuel that I didn't know I had to fill. That's a 375% profit. What a scam!
★★☆☆☆ VERY BAD EXPERIENCE Extra charges were deducted due to their faulty application - for the second time. And their customer service response was "we can't do anything for you this time"
