Very bad service.my medicine parcel reached at masjid hub on 24/07 at 3 pm but on 27/07 not received, yet they don't know the value of patient medicine is need human every moment and they did not deliver in 72 hours. Very bad experience

Worst delivery experience by KART. Their delivery boy(Dhirendra) called 2 days late on MoneyGram (Holiday) for the delivery but the address was of my office and that was closed on that day. So he told me to give delivery otp code and assured me to deliver it next day and also gave me his personal phone number. Since that day whenever I call him he assures me to deliver it next day, following day and so on. But I have not received the order till date. I don't know where to complain against him.
