It's good to be able to order online, but it's useless because you still need to take a long wait even though you ordered half an hour upfront. I ordered at 4.40pm to pick up at 5.10pm, and I arrived at 5.20. The food still was not available. Edit : At least, I got the food immediately when the next bunch came out. It might not be as good as all ready to go but at least it still takes not too long waiting. It's much better than ordering urgently near the shop.

The 1-star ratings 💀 The old lady complaining about having to scroll through month by month to 1945 is hilarious 😂 The dude with a samsung a52 complaining about crashing is hilarious 😂 The person who didn't verify their email expecting the $5 meal deal to appear is hilarious 😂 The app works, the promotion works.

App works 1 out of 5 times. As discounts and offers and loyalty are through the app that's pretty poor as you don't get them

Confusing menu. Its says whole chicken is 14.5 but when you place order it becomes 22. And they trick you to download the app for the whole chicken reward, but it never works. Dishonesty at its peak

Placed an order expecting to confirm it when I was close to the store, like every other fast food app does. El Jannah didn't, so the order was placed and prepared when I was 30 minutes away. They packaged my drink with hot food so the drink went warm and the food went cold. I won't be back.

Have had multiple occurrences of deliveries being extremely late, and there is no easy way in this app to contact anyone at EJs about it. EJs simply try to palm you off to Uber Eats, who we also can't contact, because we don't been given any tracking number from Uber Eats (presumably because it has not yet even been handed over to Uber Eats. Just order directly through Uber Eats so you can track your order and reliably contact someone about it.
