Stay away from this paper, they won't refund you, even if you cancel the same day you receive their notification about auto-renewal. The newspaper is full of advertisement, barely any news. But the worst part is trying to cancel the subscription. Their online platform doesn't work, doesn't show your subscription information, and doesn't let you cancel or stopping the auto-renewal. Even worse customer service. They have some out of the country service and simply follow a script. Stay away!

Device authorization failed. I just subscribed. I can see newspaper in my tablet but not my cell? Will probably cancel after first month.

App. No longer works with Samsung S20, the newspapers' customer service tells me I need to upgrade to version 5.0 of the app. But there is no version 5 on the Google Play Store. The latest version is 4.7.4. When will android get a working version?
