My first order was all botched up. I ordered one liter of milk on first August 2021 for 2nd August. Inspire of repeated calls I have not received the milk. So l cancelled the order.

App is good, but features doesn't work. Apps look and feel is good. But agent doesn't look for any order updates. There is a suspend and resume order feature, even though I suspend the order, the agent keeps delivering the milk. So what is the point of having such feature. Now I called agent to take the milk back. Agent doesn't look the app for any update, and he keeps calling for the payment for the extra day he delivered the milk. Where payment and order happens via app.
