I’ve been using ELD Rider for years. Decided to start paying since it its cheap enough and has never let me down.

My only complaint with this app is that I paid $4.99(worth every penny) and it's now $.99. I have multiple paper car mileage and maintenance records and tried a few software ones as well and NOTHING has ever matched the ease of use and portability of this app. Its main selling points are its gas usage tracking abilities which are fantastic with the options to customize what parameters you want to monitor. But it also keeps track of all maintenance and repairs with alarms/notices of when you need to perform them. i.e. Once you enter in your first oil change it will remind/notify you when you are within an established period of time of milage of the next time you need to get another oil change. If you set up the reminders for oil changes at 3000 miles it will tell you when you are close to that mileage. It will make car care so much easier for you. Important, go to the website and scour the manual about, not that the app is hard to use, but once you understand the details and tweak it to your preferences it will become much more useful. And at less than a dollar menu item at your local fast food joint how can you lose?

This program is awesome. Tracking my two cars for gas expense and service charges is a breeze. The MPG is figured automatically for all previous full fill-ups. The Gas Cubby Team was extremely helpful when I was confused because the latest fill-up MPG was blank. Turns out, it's supposed to be. The next future fill-up completes the prior MPG. I also was confused about exporting my data and how to do it. Again the Gas Cubby Team (particularly Josh) helped clue me in about exporting. I haven't before experienced such caring tech. Help. These people are proud of their program. They should be. By the way, the export function is important to me to use as a backup for my info, which I accidently deleted one time. Without the export function I'd have lost a lot of data. I should have had this program before I retired. You know, the IRS always ask if car expenses are in writing. This program is a super response to possible IRS car expense probes. Plus it is pure-t-fun to use and designed very cleanly and well. You won't regret downloading it in my opinion. Cliff Berrier

So many problems with this app. Right now dashboard won't come up to go on duty. When doing split, it says have a violation that will be removed but never gets removed. Drops connection while driving, marks driving events while in sleeper. Mileage is always off.

I'll pair up the eld to truck then later it disconnect and doesn't record drive time.

Need rework If you let it automatically switch status Can't add note until status is switched again When goes from driving to on duty after you stop moving count down 5 minutes stay on driving status not on duty status. It uses your wireless service. Overall it can be good ELD after rework.
