I've been using this app for 2years its has ups and downs. I've been reading comments in here most of the problems is that guys don't understand how to use it. If you leave your system on when shop moves your truck it's still connected to your device you have to shut down your device so it's not connected. I run two different devices android or apple they both work great but sometimes need updates due to system updates. But over all the app works great.

this system is not good

PC should not change unless driver changes it. if I go to the store in PC I should not have to check if I'm still in PC mode to go back to my trailer.

Have fought for 6 months trying to get this system to work more than 2 days at a time. We have 8 to 10 year old trucks and problems of Vbus to diagnostics is still up in the air. This system is not ready for prime time
★★☆☆☆
Horrible app these people don't know anything about the trucking industry . 1st switching between co-drivers requires password annoying to have to do all the time. 2nd if you do a drop and hook you can't change trailer in system until administrator adds equipment to the system very frustrating. 3rd always error msgs and told to revert to paper logs i get notifications all day about eld errors and or malfunction.4th switches to driving after 5mph difficult to do 30 min break if you are at truck stop or Warehouse and need to move around for whatever reason you have to restart 30 min break I don't recommend this app to anyone we got it because being a socal company we wanted to have a local company but it was a bad mistake and we are now looking to change
★★☆☆☆
I wish there was an option for 0 stars. this is the worst ELD I have ever seen. they promise 24/7 support and minimal glitches and this program is nothing near where it should be. You can only get help on weekdays during business hours and even then it takes them 2+ hours to change a status that is incorrect. They go into driving in the middle of a break, stay on drive status for hours and then these people who answer the phone refuse to change it. This is horrible!
