Great story telling. Choices feel like they matter. Really helps pass the time while I have downtime at work. Played drum untold, great game also. You really feel the weight of whatever build you chose to spec into, same with this game. All around a good time. One thing I would add is more illustrations and visual aids. I'd enjoy a little more visual art. that's one thing steve jacksons sorcery really got right, loved those games also, one of the best game series out there like this

The storytelling is rich, immersive, and full of emotional depth. Every choice has weight and consequences and the world-building is so vivid that you can almost see the world unfold before your eyes despite it being a text game. The writing, music, and atmosphere come together perfectly to create an unforgettable experience.

Limits the number of "manual" saves you're allowed to make, and then deleted the ENTIRE play through, meaning ALL saves, if you try to delete a single save

Constantly get soft locked out of every story failing checks that are required and then not being able to move locations being locked into one area where everything has been interacted with multiple times genuinely so annoying

I wasted my money on this game. The combat system is extremely difficult and hard on the player. I play these kinds of games, so I can enjoy the story, not so I can spend hours dying against the same enemies over and over again due to no fault of my own as the player. I couldn't save my brother in the story because after inheriting my house and doing everything on the map there was to do, I was left with no way to level up high enough to defeat the enemies I needed to beat to progress.
