App constantly crashes while trying to fill out mpi, when asking the leads' rep about failure point, their response is that the app wasn't design led to fill out the mpi, only to add pictures to the mpi, if the mpi wasn't meant to be filled out on the app they wouldn't have added it in the first place, would not recommend to any dealer out there looking to switch to electronic mpi's,

Constant bugs and dependability issues cause this to be a curse upon technicians at times sometimes it makes things easier if it works other times it costs me money and lost wages due to inability to document the services and repairs needed for each car. It would be nice to use seamlessly daily but constant crashes really make it hard at times to make money when the dealership requires us to use it with it having CONSTANT issues.

This entire system is horrible. Not just this app but all of lead. This app, I try to add multiple pictures or videos doesn't add them, or they get deleted. The inspection screen is hard to read.
