Service1One Mobile Application is an extension of the cloud-based Service1One multi-point inspection and shop management suite. This app allows automotive service repair technicians and service managers to streamline workflow from a mobile device, eliminating the need for additional technician computers in the shop.
The Service1One Mobile App also enables users to inspect a vehicle properly without having to walk back and forth to a computer to input information and includes the ability to record and upload photos and videos with audio recordings - documenting recommendations internally and externally to the customer.
This application can be used for approving/declining submitted work, and can be downloaded for free. Service1One Mobile App requires a monthly subscription and license agreement to be signed by your dealership. This is one of the worst, most bug ridden apps I've ever had the misfortune
of being forced to use. On multiple shop devices, it's constantly force
closing, it cannot add pictures to primary line recommendations (despite
leads and our dealership telling us we're supposed to "connect" repair
recs to the primary line on the repair order), and every time I try to add
a picture, it doesn't receive the MPI form state from my work terminal, so
when I upload the pictures, it will save the MPI as empty, forcing me to
fill it in again. This is NOT conducive to an efficient flat rate work
environment, and is costing me money. The only reason I use this app at all
is that I'm required to. Please get your act together with this app,
it's making my work life miserable.
