ElectionSetu

ElectionSetu – Complete Election Management Platform

ElectionSetu is a digital platform for candidates and authorised campaign teams to manage election operations in a structured and secure way.

From Ward-level and Panchayat elections to Municipal, Assembly and larger constituency-level campaigns, ElectionSetu brings voter management, election surveys, campaign-team management, field operations, analytics and voting-day management together in one platform.

🗳️ COMPLETE ELECTION MANAGEMENT

Organise voter data, teams, field activities, campaign monitoring and voting-day operations.

📋 VOTER LIST DIGITISATION

Upload your own official, publicly published electoral-roll PDF and convert it into a structured, searchable digital voter database.

Depending on the source roll, available information may include voter name, father's/husband's name, EPIC/Voter ID, serial number, house number, age, gender, part/ward, locality/mohalla and photograph where available.

🔎 SMART VOTER SEARCH

Find voters by available name, father's/husband's name, EPIC number or serial number, with ward, part and locality views where supported.

📊 ELECTION SURVEY & CANVASSING

Record field-level campaign observations and voter-contact information through a structured workflow. Teams can maintain classifications such as Supporter, Undecided, Opposed and Not Yet Contacted. These classifications are created by the authorised campaign team and are separate from the official electoral roll.

👥 CAMPAIGN TEAM & CHAMPION MANAGEMENT

Create authorised field-team members, assign working areas and control their access to campaign information.

📍 WARD & LOCALITY MANAGEMENT

Monitor campaign information across wards, parts and localities with area-wise views for field activity and voter-contact progress.

📈 CAMPAIGN DASHBOARD & ANALYTICS

Get a structured overview of campaign operations through dashboards and area-wise information.

🗳️ VOTING-DAY MANAGEMENT

Use a dedicated voting-day workflow for authorised campaign teams, including offline voter search and real-time marking of voting status.

📴 OFFLINE-FIRST FIELD OPERATIONS

Core field functions such as voter search, tagging and voting-day tracking are designed with offline operation in mind, helping teams continue working in low-connectivity areas.

🖨️ CUSTOM VOTER SLIPS

Generate printable voter slips using candidate-provided information such as photograph, election symbol and campaign message, with configurable A4 printing layouts.

🔐 CONTROLLED ACCESS & SECURITY

ElectionSetu is designed for private use by candidates and authorised campaign teams. Role-based access allows administrators to control team-member permissions and assigned working areas.

📱 BUILT FOR DIFFERENT ELECTION SCALES

ElectionSetu is not limited to one election type. Its scalable architecture is designed to support campaign workflows across:

Ward → Panchayat → Municipal → Assembly → Parliamentary and other election campaigns.

Available features, election scope and account limits may vary according to the applicable plan and configuration.

🔒 DATA & RESPONSIBLE USE

ElectionSetu organises the candidate's own copy of an officially published electoral roll uploaded by the candidate or authorised campaign team.

ElectionSetu does not independently collect voter information from voters for campaign purposes. The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Election Commission of India or any State Election Commission.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of electoral-roll information, campaign data and election-related features complies with applicable laws, regulations, election rules and directions of relevant authorities.

⚡ ONE PLATFORM. COMPLETE CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT.

ElectionSetu brings voters, surveys, campaign teams, champions, wards, field activities and voting-day operations into one organised digital workflow.
