(im no longer going to try this app as looking at some complaints and the way the developer replied made me no longer want to try this app) Sorry but telling someone "you obviously didn't read the help" "enlighten the users and us" "it doesn't take a rocket science to understand what it means" is very rude. I can understand the frustration if someone don't read the help page, maybe they didn't realise it was there? It could be that person doesn't know how to use a smartphone well, they could be elderly, they may have learning difficulties... So please reply in a more polite manner to such reviews such as "hi, please read the help page for more info or contact us for help" rather then saying it's not rocket science, etc. Thank you
