Upgrade Bulb Comparisons Have to update watts of bulb more choices.

Needs Work! There are more bulb watts than only 40/60/70/100, I can't input my CLF bulb wattage (9w), and decimals do not work either! I have an LED light that uses 0.4w, app won't let me put that in either, so this app was uninstalled, and I'm disappointed with it and the author(s).
